***TAX TIME CANASTA NTC***

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE 

You have had money to spend all year long, and before you know it, tax time is here! 
You know you have a debt to pay, cause you do not want an audit, NO WAY!! 

1st Hand – You must create your debt.  You may not meld or canasta anything.  
Only discarding is allowed.  You will have a negative balance at the end of the 
hand.  This is your debt. 

2nd Hand is played as No Touch No Out  – This is a chance to pay your debt. 
Players are not allowed to pick up the deck or go out. 

3rd Hand and up – All other hands are played as NO TOUCH CUT – You may not touch 
the pile and need at least 1 canasta to go out. 

When the game is over, you will have paid your debt and perhaps more bux 
you will get.  Do not touch the pile or you will be busted for TAX EVASION!!!
