MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE

Your first meld must have 3 consequtive numbers (Example 456 or 678 or JQK). 
You may use wilds with them.  Then on next turn you can meld the rest. 
NO canastas on first meld allowed. Then the rest is played like NTC.
