MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTAS, RATED, PRIVATE.

You may meld and canasta anytime.  However, you are only allowed 2 face cards on 
the table, EVER! You cannot canasta the face cards, EVER!  You cannot have 3 face cards 
in a meld.  This means you must meld your 2 face cards with a wild.  All other face 
cards are discards only. NO TOUCHING THE PILE!
