MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

The only cards allowed to be melded are 3 5 6 7 8 10 J A.  All other cards are discards.  
Once you have melded 5 6 7 8 10 J A  you may ONLY go out using the black 3s. Wilds with 
black 3's are allowed. You can canasta at any time, YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ALL YOUR 
CARDS MELDED IN ORDER TO CANASTA, but you MUST have your Z melded with black 3s in order 
to go out.
