You may meld anything at anytime but your canastas must be 
in order, from high to low. If you canasta Qs, your next 
canasta must be under Qs (not over Qs) and they do not 
need to be consecutive, but must be under the previous 
canasta or you will be DQ'd. Aces are neutral. 
No touching the pile.
